The 5-in-1 Procedure Breakdown

Instead of scheduling separate visits for different laser or injectable treatments, our medical doctor performs all five steps sequentially to release, fill, and resurface the scarred skin:

The Process

  • TCA CROSS: Our Doctor applies a high-concentration trichloroacetic acid directly into deep ice pick and narrow boxcar scars to trigger localized inflammation and stimulate fresh collagen production from the bottom up.

  • Subcision: A specialized needle is inserted beneath the skin to manually cut and release the fibrous bands that tether depressed scars to underlying tissue.

  • Biofiller Injections: Immediately after subcision, a biofiller is injected into the newly released pocket. This acts as a physical cushion, lifting the depressed scar permanently and preventing the severed bands from reattaching.

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Facial: Your own blood is drawn, spun in a centrifuge to isolate concentrated platelets, and reapplied to the face. This heavily accelerates cellular healing, minimizes total recovery time, and encourages rapid tissue regeneration.

  • Smaxel CO2 Fractional Laser: The final step uses an advanced fractional carbon dioxide laser to create microscopic columns of thermal injury across the top layers of the skin. This resurfaces the skin texture, shrinks pores, and tightens the overall facial landscape.

How the Combination Works

The 60-minute procedure utilizes a mechanical phase and an injectable phase to drastically improve skin quality, deep pores, fine lines, and moderate acne scars:

  • The Delivery Method: Rather than just manual mapping, Liv Med administers the Juvelook using a Dermashine Pro Machine, which injects perfectly measured, precise doses evenly across the skin.
